Refunds and Returns for Online Store:

Becca Cerra accepts returned items from the online store within 30 days from date of purchase. Items must be in their original condition. Refunds will be issued within a week of receiving the returned item and will be in the form of a gift card to be used in the online store at a later date. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Shipping:

Items from the online store will be mailed via FedEx ground. The shipping cost is based on weight.

.0001 lb to 1 lb = $5

1 lb to 2.5 lb = $10

2.5 to 5 lb = $15

5 lb + = $25

Please note: Returns and Refunds are not available for custom commissioned artwork. Different shipping rates may apply for custom commissioned artwork.
